Huffington Post: Cynthia Lummis Midterm Election Results Show Incumbent Victorious Over Richard Grayson

Huffington Post: Cynthia Lummis Midterm Election Results Show Incumbent Victorious Over Richard Grayson

Thanks to the more than 37,000 Wyoming voters who cast their ballots for us in today's election for the U.S. House of Representatives at-large district in the state.

We received 23% of the vote, very close to the 24% of the vote received by the past two Democratic opponents of Rep. Cynthia Lummis, David Wendt in 2010 and Chris Henrichsen in 2012.

We finished over 8,000 votes ahead of this year's Democratic candidate for U.S. Senate Charlie Hardy, who got 18% of the vote against Sen. Mike Enzi.  We finished only 8,000 votes behind this year's Democratic candidate for Wyoming Governor, Pete Gosar, who got 29% of the vote against Gov. Matt Mead.

We won in Teton County (the Jackson Hole area) while Hardy and Gosar lost there.

Because we spent no money and did no in-state campaigning, we're really delighted at our showing.  Thanks again to the Democratic voters of Wyoming!
